Rent Costa Blanca is one of the fastest growing holiday rental websites. Although only launched during December 2004, the site is already attracting over 12,000 visitors each month and on average each visitor to the site is looking at 11 pages of content. These figures are set to increase dramatically as the website is currently growing @ 40% per annum.

Here at Rent Costa Blanca we are very mindful of the need to retain the optimum balance between raising advertising revenues by linking up with a small number of high quality "sponsors" and the danger of swamping the site with superfluous advertising. It is for this reason that the number of advertisements will be restricted to just one large 150 x 500 pixel vertical banner on each page of static content.

Advertising Rate Card (per annum)

One 150 x 500 pix banner      @ £100.00 + vat      or      € 135 + IVA
Two 150 x 500 pix banners    @ £160.00 + vat      or      € 216 + IVA
Five    150 x 500 pix banners    @ £325.00 + vat     or     € 440 + IVA
Ten   150 x 500 pix banners    @ £500.00 + vat     or      € 675 + IVA

Based on current projections each banner will receive a minimum 20,000 impressions per annum. Accordingly, anybody investing a package of 10 banners will receive c: 200,000 impressions for an investment of £500.00 + vat which equates to 4 impressions for every 1p spent!!.

The "click through" to the advertisers website rate during 2007 varied between 0.58% to 1.16%. Therefore each banner resulted in between 116 and 232 people viewing the advertisers own website during 2007.
