"Casa Haya" is a large 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa located within a quiet cul-de-sac and yet only a 20 minute walk to the popular Costa Blanca town of Moraira. The property enjoys both sea and mountain views and set within a peaceful location. The accomodation is on a single floor with lots of parking on the long driveway. There is a roof terrace with spectacular views of the sea and Moraira town. The garden has lemon, orange, plum, almond and flowering trees and shrubs.

There is a large tiled stone BBQ area with stone table and chairs. The pool is an impressive 8x4 metre with both steps and ladders. Surrounding the pool is a large terrace incorporating an outside shower and a room with a WC and wash basin. There is also an outside "kitchen" a fridge for the pool side drinks plus an poolside wc.

The Spacious lounge has wall lights and a centre light. All of the rooms have radiators heated by a new combi boiler. There is a fabulous glazed "naya" with dining table that also enjoys splendid sea views. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with wooden units, fridge freezer cooker and washing machine.


The 3 good sized bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes,bedside cabinets etc. The main bedroom has an en suite with a bath, Shower, WC and wash basin. There is also a a private balcony area next to the main bedroom. The second bathroom is shared between the two other bedrooms with a large "walk in" shower, wc and wash basin. All the living accomodation windows are UPVC with shutter blinds.


The villa is located just 2 km appx (1 mile) from Moraira and the beach. Locally, there is the recently re-furbished "Swiss hotel" and "Pepi's" bar........
