Although a car is desirable for this property, there is a regular bus service from the end of the road and the nearest supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away.


The property covers two floors. On the lower floor, there is a good sized main living area, complete with dining facilities and English TV inc/ BBC1, BBC2 & ITV. There is also a spacious and well fitted dining kitchen, one of the three twin bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor has sea views and includes the remaining two bedrooms and the second bathroom.


To the outside of the property there is a small garden to the rear and a sun terrace to the front. The large communal swimming pool with childrens play area is only c: 100 metres across the street from "El Tossalet".

The owner of the property occupies the under build and is therefore usually on hand to deal with any guest queries. There is also more than adequate roadside parking in front of the property.
