Property description

Villa Pedramala is situated on the summit of a hill overlooking the coastal road (3km away) between Moraira and Calpe on the Costa Blanca - some 55 to 60 minutes drive from Alicante Airport. The most outstanding feature of this 3 bedroom villa is the breathtaking 180° sea view from the Rock of Ifach in Calpe to the beautiful bay and marina at Moraira. Even after two weeks of staying there the views are just as stunning. The villa is very tranquil, extremely private and should afford the peace and quiet anyone needs.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people in comfort. The property is lavishly furnished throughout, with a very spacious main living room that incorporates a dining area for 6 people, Sky satellite TV, DVD and stereo music system. There is air conditioning within the two main bedrooms and air cooling fans to all other rooms. The kitchen and dining area is on the upper terrace.

The villa is arguably at its best in the evenings. There are wonderful terraces for "al fresco" dining and it is an idyllic setting from where to watch the splendid sunsets. There is a swimming pool adjacent to the lower sun terrace, complete with all usual outside amenities eg/ parasols & sun loungers and BBQ.


One of the best things about this villa is its inherent coziness, intimacy and general feel good factor. Car hire is necessary and can be arranged as part of the booking, or booked at Alicante Airport at a surprisingly low cost. If necessary, airport pick-ups can be arranged and concierge service is available if required. The owners can also provide guests with maps & information of the surrounding areas.
