Our Villa "Flores De Sol" is situated about 40 minutes from Alicante Airport, approximately 5 miles inland from Benidorm. It is a newly built detached Villa which commands breath taking views of the mountains, sea and surrounding countryside of La Nucia, Polop, and the holiday resort of Benidorm.

Villa "Flores De Sol", has 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin bedroom) with a shared 4 piece bathroom with shower plus a brand new "sun room". There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area and a cot and a high chair is available if required. This home has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room, patio areas with outside furniture, BBQ for al fresco dining, sun lounges, walled garden, driveway for parking and a stunning roof terrace. These gardens are also landscaped, and provide perfection outdoors as well as inside

All bedding is supplied and all you are asked to provide is your own towels. The nearest community pool, located at the end of the small cul-de-sac, a few seconds from the villas, has its own children's section, showers, and beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. There are also several other community pools all within a few minutes walk. There is also a commercial centre within the development, expected to have shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket
