Casa al Mar is located in a quiet residential area just a c:15 minute walk away from the town centre and main beach of Moraira. The villa is laid out on one level with lockable gates at the entrance, shaded parking area (and garage) with three steps leading to the main entrance. The villa is very well furnished and "built for comfort". It has a large main living room that incorporates a separate dining area and includes, satellite TV with English news channels and a DVD player. There are 3 good sized bedrooms and importantly 2 bathrooms. The standard of internal fitments is very high and this is typified by the well equiped kitchen inc/ dishwasher, washing machine and filtered drinking water system. There is also gas central heating for winter guests and ceiling fans for the summer!!. The kitchen leads off the lounge and has all mod cons with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave.It also has the benefit of a fresh water drinking fountain which means you don't have to struggle from the supermarket with heavy containers of water.
The garden has a Bar-B-Q area providing a permanent sitting out area under the shade from a rattan roof. There is an outside fridge near the Bar-B-Q, providing a cool place for food or drinks. Beside the shaded area is a flood lit 'Boule' pitch which is always a hit with the kids. On the other side of the garden are peach, fig and lemon trees - please help yourself when in season.
The Terrace (or Naya) is a real joy, we live on it in the summer. There is a tiled table seating 6, a drinks table and two easy chairs and a further mini table and chairs for young children to use. You can see the pool from the terrace which enables parents to keep a good watch on the children enjoying the shade of the terrace and the pleasant view down to the sea.
In summary: Casa Al Mar is a delightful villa with many features not found in other villas. It is very quiet, as Calle Manzano is a cul-de-sac so the bustle of the shops and main roads are 2 Km away. Many our guests book year after year....
