There is air conditioning to the lounge and master bedroom and air cooling fans in the other bedrooms.


On the upper floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, a shower room and a further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Doors lead out from the double bedroom onto a small balcony which overlooks the pool terrace. There is also central heating for those occasional chilly evenings during the winter.


To the outside, Villa Tracy is set within 800sq metres of gardens. The property has a private 8m x 4m swimming pool, which is surrounded by a large tiled terrace and gardens incorporating, palm trees, bushes and fruit trees. The sunbathing terrace is generously furnished with patio furniture and sun loungers. There is also a BBQ area and parking for 3 vehicles.
