"Casa Sunbright" is no ordinary Calpe rental villa. It is a very luxurious 4 bedroom villa situated on the southern side of Calpe and only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the town centre. The property is situated in a quiet residential area and is only 6 years old. The "Casa" has a great 10 met x 5 met pool, Sky TV and excellent views towards the bay.

"Casa Sunbright" is a superb 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa situated within the "La Canuta" district of Calpe. The "Casa" is luxuriously furnished throughout and is in an excellent location being only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the heart of Calpe.

Briefly, the accommodation includes; a very spacious main living room including a dining area, Sky satellite TV, DVD, VCR and a CD music system. The living area opens up on to a lovely open "Naya" that provides a second dining area. There are 2 large double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a set of bunk beds, plus extra beds if needed and 2 large full bathrooms. There is also a large fully fitted kitchen including a dish washer and washing facilities.

The villa has hot & cold air conditioning and is only a 10 -15 minute walk to either the beach or to central Calpe.


Outside there is a fabulous 10 metre x 5 metre pool with large sun terraces, excellent views and ample poolside furniture for larger parties. There is also an excellent "outdoor kitchen" that is fully connected to the satellite TV!! There is secure car parking for several cars.


The villa really comes into its own from daybreak as it benefits from a fantastic sunrise....
