The villa can either be rented in its entirety as a 4 bedroom property or it can be sub-divided into two separate but discrete "apartments" for up to 4 people in each. Each floor of the villa has a separate staircase, ensuring and guest privacy. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, close to all amenities.

APARTMENT 1 on lower level has a large lounge overlooking the swimming pool and sun terrace, an outside eating area for al fresco dining, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms, family bathroom with bath & shower over, secure car parking. APARTMENT 2 on upper level has an external staircase, lounge with large terrace & barbecue overlooking swimming pool, fully fitted kitchen, one double and one twin-bedded room, family bathroom with bath & shower over, utility room with washing machine, secure car parking. BOTH APARTMENTS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING.
All local amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and banks are close by. A variety of different local beaches are within 15 minutes drive, as are local attractions including the new Terra Mittica and Terra Natura theme parks, rural and historic villages and lively Benidorm. There is no shortage of things to do in this excellent corner of Spain whatever your tastes.
The double patio doors open out to the pool & flood light into the villa lounge. As dusk falls the Mediterranean atmosphere increases..............
