There are three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite equipped with a top of the range built-in jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom has two single beds while the third bedroom has two pairs of bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a hydrotherapy massage shower. The spacious open plan lounge/dining room has been furnished with "comfort in mind". Large double French windows will lead you to the outside terrace and dining area where you can also enjoy a cool glass of wine in a luxury private outside hot jacuzzi.

The apartment has a heated Italian marble floor throughout and is complimented with hot/cold remote controlled air conditioning. The kitchen is ultra modern with stainless steel panels, marble work-tops and is fully equipped with a complete range of top end appliances to make your cooking easy and enjoyable. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is private underground secure parking with space for a medium family car and direct access from the front door.

For complete peace of mind, Villa Gadea resort is fully fenced, and access is controlled by electronic gates and a manned security guard at the gate house. The apartment has a colour videophone entry system for easy identification of your visitors. All double glazed windows and doors are fully sound proof and have electronic metal shutters that can be controlled remotely.
