This brand new two bedroom town house is located on the Las Lagunas urbanisation 5 minutes drive from the Spanish town of Pedreguer, and 15 minutes from the coastal town of Denia or the wine growing Jalon Valley.
Due to its elevated position it has excellent views across countryside and the sea beyond.

The property is tastefully furnished, partly air conditioned and consists of: two bedrooms, one bathroom, downstairs guest toilet, light and modern open plan lounge / diner with fully equipped kitchen. Outside is a covered naya with seating and BBQ and small garden area in which to enjoy “alfresco” dining. There is also a very small area at the rear of the house which is enclosed and private.

The lounge benefits from TV with integral dvd and cd player, and a satellite system with English free to view channels and double sofa bed.


The kitchen is very well equipped with ample storage a full oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
The spacious bedrooms on the upper floor are light, tastefully furnished with ample storage and ceiling fans. There is one twin bedroom and two double bedrooms. Patio doors lead to a small upper terrace.


The communal pool is shared by only nine town houses.
