"Ondara Casa" is a nicely furnished, 2 bedroom bungalow in a convenient setting. The property is just a 5 minutes drive to the centre of Denia with its wealth of attractions - high street shopping, fabulous old town, "chic" bars & restaurants, large marina, port and fantastic beaches. Also recently opened La Marina Centre with a large selection of designer shops, cinemas, restaurants and bowling alley just 2 minutes drive away.


The "Casa" is full of "home comforts". There is a good sized main living area including dining for 4 people, satellite TV including BBC, ITV, Movies, Sports etc, a DVD player, and internet connectivity via broadband (available in the main house). The property is extremely "disabled friendly" with access to the whole bungalow with it's own separate entrance. There are two good sized double bedrooms and one full bathroom. "Ondara Casa" also has a well fitted kitchen with washing facilities available. There is also central heating for the winter and air cooling fans for the summer, secure parking for up to 8 cars.


Arguably the best feature of the property is the outside, as it is set within large grounds spread over 9,000sqm, enjoys excellent views and has use of a wonderful 6 metre x 10 metre pool. The property is close to all amenities and the nearest beach is just 3k away......
