Villa Del Arte is ideally situated for either those who want to explore the beautiful Valencian region or for those who simply want to relax and enjoy the wonderful surroundings in peace. The villa is approximately 45 mins drive from Valencia airport and 1h 10 mins from Alicante airport.
Oliva is a bustling little town situated between Gandia and Denia. The area offers a wide variety of things to do and places to visit. Explore the back streets of the old town, with its tiny winding streets, with bars, and the church. The history is phenomenal, and you can explore the Roman and Morrish past and learn about its rich through the museums, churches and monuments which abound in the old Christian and Arab quarters. The archaeological museum, a 16th century former manorial home of historic and architectural interest in itself, houses exhibits from prehistory to the 16th century charting the region's domination by the Iberians, Romans and Moors.
The Oliva beaches are amongst the best on the Costa Blanca, stretching for around 10 kms, with clean golden sands, they are never too crowded, and at certain times of the summer, offer street markets and craft markets of an evening.
The villa is ideally located, being within easy driving distance of both Valencia and Alicante airports, just 4km to the beautiful safe sandy beaches of Oliva and only 1km to town centre of Oliva which is a typically spanish town offering supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars and weekly outdoor market.
Internally, Villa del Arte has seating, dining and sleeping accommodation for 26 people. There are 3 main living area's including a 32"satellite LCD flat screen TV within the largest lounge, a main dining room seating 26 people and a large, well equipped kitchen. The villa also has 11 double/twin/family bedrooms of which 9 enjoy full en-suite bathrooms and many have private balcony“s. Most of the bedrooms have TV and tea-coffee making facilities and there are also 3 separate WC's.
The property consists of 3 buildings - 2 self contained studio's, 1 x 3 bed main villa, and a separate block of 6 double/family rooms all with en-suite, tea/coffee facilities, sat TV and private balcony, all overlooking the pool, hills and some enjoying sea views. The complex can be rented out in its entirety on self catered basis.
There is a very large swimming pool and lovely terraced gardens, with spectacular views across pine forest, mountains and sea. There is ample terrace furniture for all guests.
The lovely terraced gardens and pool are all lit up at night giving a magical feel to the property, with the beautiful aroma of the jasmine and other shrubs and plants surrounding you as you dine on the terrace or partying around the bar-b-que. The property is ideally situation for families, corporate events, walkers, and those wishing seeking peace and tranquility. The famous Oliva Nova golf course being about 15 mins drive.
