"La Racoletta" is a very fine 2 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 6 adults in comfort. The apartment is on the ground floor and is located just 100 metres from an excellent sandy beach. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard by its owners and has the added benefit of sharing 3 large pools including one heated. Being located on the Orihuela Costa, guests will not have far to travel if they tire of the sandy beaches and sunshine....

Property description

La Racoletta is a new luxury 2 bedroom apartment that provides a combination of old & modern spanish architectural comforts. At 83 sqm, this is a spacious but very "cosy" property with marble floored and sleeping 4-6 people. There are 3 different pools including one heated. There are also addtional water features around the home ornamented with lights, flowers and trees.

The apartment is decorated by the owner with love, expensive, tasteful furniture as well utility articles especially for the kitchen. Every room is accomodated with wooden French sliding windows. The floor window can be left open at all times due to opening to the 16 Sqm(from all sides covered but open top) patio like typical spanish innner courtyard which makes it especially romantic when a rain drops fall inside it!! In the summer it will cool the home & in winter the air remains fresh. The property is located, furnished and decorated in Fangshui principle - you feel the peace. A glimpse, though very slight over the palm tree to the Mediterannean sea from the sitting room/balcony facing that side.

From the apartment it is apprx 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. This is via a typical Spanish blue tiled path with trees and marble benches to sit on & to enjoy the Mediterranean of the Southern Costa Blanca.

- Back Courtyard: with a spacious grass yard in the front of the balcony.Both the bedroom windows looking at the banana trees. Full deep window of the master bedroom opens almost the whole wall to the backyard.
- Utility corner:- in the kitchen ( iron/iron board/washing stand/etc. available in two huge wardrobes in the dining room.
- 3 Swimming pools:- One is heated. One is close enough to keep an eye on the kids from the terrace & far enough from the noise. 2 pools diagonally on the front side leaving the apartment quiet & private.

Punta Prima is a resort favoured by settled locals, permanent (second Home) Europeans and the British. Close to the Mediterranean & fabulous old village with graceful alleys and magnificient old houses. The balmy climate is condusive to the vast variety of wildlife and migratory birds.

- Alicante Airport-40 km. / Murcia Airport- 35 km. /Elche Railway Station 24-26 km. / Bus service:frequent from PP,only an Euro irrespective of the distance . Dependable Private Taxi Service(numbers at the apt.).

-In spite of being extremely quiet & serene, its on foot only apprx 10 minutes walk over the bridge to the shopping area, pubs, bus stand and internet Cafe.
-Supermarkets like Aldi and Lidl, plus are at walking distance through a very pretty flowery street. Just ocross at waterside is a comfortable cafe come Food Restaurant standing alone.
