La Torre Simon is located close to a stunning 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and you can also use the golf course and facilities of all the other Polaris resorts. The Villa has an attractive south facing garden to relax in with family or friends.

This is a spacious luxurious holiday home suitable for both families and groups alike and has the following accommodation; a spacious main living area with high vaulted ceiling, DVD player and satelete television system which has 40 channels including Sky sports and the main 5 English channels plus a music system which will play cassettes, CD's, and a radio. The living room leads via patio doors to a covered sun terrace. There is also a separate dining area within the main living room accommodating up to 4 people, a well equipped kitchen with a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. The terrace features a second dining area seating four, while there are sun loungers for use within either the terrace, garden or the roof terrace. The villa also has 2 bedrooms, 1 double with ensuite facilities a twin plus a cot. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Finally, the villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs, a utility room with laundry facilities and a dishwasher plus air-conditioning and central heating..........

The owners have also left a set of Golf clubs inside the villa which guests are welcome to use!!

La Torre is an 18 hole par 68 golf course designed by Nicklaus Design. The signature hole is the par 3 - 9th hole which will require extra precision as water comes into play. As with all the Polaris World Golf Courses, they are designed to be enjoyed by both beginners and more challenging for experienced players.

New roads link Murcia with all the major Spanish Cities.
