Property description

Villa Alegria meaning "Happiness" is a 5 min walk to the town centre and stunning 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course with driving range and practice green. You can also use the golf courses and facilities of all the other Polaris resorts and take advantage of the complimentary set of golf clubs in your villa. A free shuttle service will transport you currently to 'Mar Menor' and 'El Valle'. The villa has an attractive south facing garden to relax in with family or friends and a gorgeous 8x4mtr pool with surround.


This is a spacious luxurious holiday home with many 'home comforts' suitable for both families and groups alike and has the following accommodation; a spacious main living area with high vaulted ceiling, Freeview Satellite 32" LCD screen TV, DVD and music hi -fi system being MP3 compatible and internet access on a 'pay as you surf' usage. The living room leads via patio doors to a covered sun terrace. There is also a separate dining area within the main living room accommodating up to 4 people, a well equipped kitchen with a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. The terrace features 2 further dining areas seating 8 in total, while there are also 4 sun loungers for use within either the terrace, garden or the roof terrace. The villa also has 2 bedrooms with 2 double kingsize beds each can be made up into twin beds if required, 1 with ensuite facilities and double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Finally, the villa has 1 bathroom and 2 WCs, a utility room with laundry facilities and a dishwasher plus both air-conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge and air cooling elswhere plus central heating..........


Villa Alegria is situated in Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort, an exclusive holiday destination. Comprising of wide avenues, lush greenery and palm trees, it is set in the surrounds of a Five Star Championship golf resort endorsed by the world famous golfer Jack Nickalus. La Torre Golf Resort is located in one of the most beautiful regions in Spain.

La Torre is an 18 hole par 68 golf course designed by Nicklaus Design with additional practice and driving ranges. The signature hole is the par 3 - 9th hole which will require extra precision as water comes into play. As with all the Polaris World Golf Courses, they are designed to be enjoyed by both beginners and more challenging for experienced players.

The facilities available at this resort include a 2,000 square metre supermarket with home delivery service, numerous shops, travel agency, convention centre with capacity for up to 1200 people, banking facilities, 2,300 square metre spa, beauty salon and hairdresser, gymnasium, bars and restaurants, swimming pool complex, tennis courts and 5 star Crowne Plaza La Torre Golf Resort Hotel with 200 rooms.

This area of Spain still has the old charm of a typical seaside resort. It has retained its spanish feel whilst still welcoming new developments. It has a very modern Shopping centre called Dos Mares near San Pedro with a hypermarket, cinema and restaurants and has excellant infrastructure. Its own airport with many cheap flight carriers. New roads link Murcia with all the major Spanish cities.
