'La Torre Alice' comprises of 2 bedrooms, both twin rooms. Here the master bedroom can be made up into a double bed if required. There is 1 full bathroom including modern circular free standing designer basin, bidet, plus functional and stylish heated towel rail and 1 shower room.
The main living area is open plan with a wall mounted '32' LCD satellite television with over 200 channels including BBC1 and ITV plus DVD and CD players, top quality furniture and fittings, indoor dining for 4 people, a fully fitted kitchen with outside utility area for the washing machine. There is also air conditioning and central heating. An internal phone allows incoming calls and you may call anywhere within the complex for free. The living room leads via patio to a sunny outdoor terrace where there is 'al fresco' dining for up to 6 people. A roof top solarium with sun loungers is a great place to sunbathe and admire the spectacular panoramic views across the 13th fairway and green.
There are over 14 fabulous communal pools on the complex surrounded by tropical palm trees and landscaped gardens providing plenty of entertainment where all families are welcome.
The property is in the Lubina area of the complex and is only a 5 min walk to the nearest pool and 10 mins to the magnificent town centre and clubhouse.

La Torre Golf Resort is situated within 15 minutes of local beaches, many recognised by the 'blue flags' of excellence. The region has an average temperature of 21º C, and benefits from 250 km of shoreline over two seas, unspoilt terrains and amazing scenery.
A short drive to the historical city of Cartagena where an ancient port, roman ruins, temples and a theatre once stood make this and interesting and worthwhile place to visit. Shopping is another major draw to the town and boasts fashion boutiques and department stores aswell as an abundance of restaurants and cafes.
The city of Murcia's airport is 20 minutes away and Alicante airport is 60 minutes.
