This lovely and well furnished villa has 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 double with balcony sea views and a twin room sleeping 4 people in comfort. A 5th bed can be made available if required. There is a separate bathroom suite with bath and shower cubicle. The fully fitted kitchen and utility room feature many electrical appliances including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, hob and oven.


The lounge and dining area are furnished to an excellent standard by the owners and features large deep sofas, air conditioning for the summer months, heating for the cooler months and UK channel TV, DVD/CD players. The dining area leads onto the splendid garden area.


To the outside, there is ample terrace furniture plus sun loungers to relax and sunbathe to top up that tan plus an outside shower to cool you down!! A garden BBQ for "al fresco" dining is a popular pastime so indulge. Moraira is within a 10 minute walk of the property, therefore a car is not essential.
