"Casa Tosca" is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home in the heart of old town Javea. This property has recently been refurbished to a high specification and enjoys picturesque views of the mountains and main town. Bars, shops and restaurants are right outside your door and the busy port area with its own selection of beachside restaurants is within walking distance.

Property description

This traditional spanish home situated in the heart of the pedestrian part of old Javea town features local Tosca stone walls and tiled floors and is styled with contemporary fixtures and fittings. There are 4 good sized bedrooms organised as follows, a spacious master bedroom with ensuite, a double room, a twin - bedded room, a further large double bedded room with additional single bed to provide flexibility of sleeping accomodation. There is a separate bathroom suite with a large walk in shower only. Air conditioning, heating and full free internet access are for use if needed in the property. The main living areas consists of dining room and comfortable lounge area with TV, DVD and CD player.There is a well equipped kitchen with new oven , hob etc.


Outside is a spacious roof terrace with a BBQ and dining for up to 8 people as well as sun loungers. From here fabulous views look out towards the mountains and roofs of the old town.
Casa Tosca is in a very central spot and although a car gives more flexibility for discovering the splendid offerings of Javea, it is by no means essential. For those who enjoy a little exercise a bicycle rental scheme is now operating in the port.


Javea has long been called 'Amenecer de Espana' which means 'Dawn of Spain' as it looks eastward over the Mediterranean sea. The picturesque resort comprises of 3 areas, the Casca Vieja or old town with it's shops and boutiques, the puerto or working port where many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and Arenal - the sandy beach with esplanade. For the most impressive viewpoint capture the panoramic views of Javea from the lighthouse at the Cabo de Nao - simply breathtaking.......
