Lounge – comfortable large sofa and chair with wide-screen tv and a coffee table. Sliding patio doors lead on to the balcony overlooking the harbour.
Dining area – dining table and chairs seating 4 comfortably, sideboard unit with games and stereo system with a selection of CDs.
Balcony – overlooking the harbour, ideal for watching the fishing boats coming in with their catch, there is a table and 4 chairs.
Additional features – security gate and door, lift to apartment. Video entry phone. Outside pool and air conditioning and heating.
The apartment is on the first floor and is located right by the marina and beach and within a short walk of all amenities......
