The villa is located in a quiet residential area and stands on an 850 metre plot consisting of tropical gardens and sun bathing terraces. There is an excellent 8 metre x 4 metre pool a BBQ, ample poolside furniture and excellent sea views.

Inside, the villa is a large 170 sq metres with air conditioning to the main bedroom which is rarely needed as the cooling fans are perfect for the summer months. There is a good size main living room, with Satellite TV inc/ English, German and Spanish channels, DVD and a CD music system. There is a separate dining room and in typical Spanish style, there are 2 kitchens - one on each floor. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 shower rooms a pull out bed plus a cot & high chair.

To the outside, the "Casa" has splendid sea views, an excellent covered terrace and private parking. This is a typically Spanish property that has been tastfully restored by its current owners and is now a wonderful holiday home.....
