Villa La Gardina maybe rented as a 2 or 4 bedroom villa and comprises of 2 floors of accomodation adjoined by an external staircase. On the first floor a master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room plus twin bedroom with separate shower room facilities. The ground floor has a large double bedroom with ensuite/family bathroom suite and spacious triple room. All bedrooms lead out onto the terrace overlooking the pool and mature gardens.
There is a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, built in oven, gas hob, toaster and microwave. The lounge area is well presented and comfortable with real log fireplace and beam ceilings and benefits from SKY satellite TV and DVD. The ceiling fans throughout the property complement the cooling effect of the tiled floors.

Outside, in addition to the fabulous 10 x 5 pool, there is a large area of open terracing with sun loungers, patio furniture for relaxing in and out of the shade as well as "al fresco" dining BBQ style. For a perfect sun trap access the roof terrace and enjoy the panoramic views of the valley.

Javea has long been called 'Amenecer de Espana' which means 'Dawn of Spain' as it looks eastward over the Mediterranean sea. The picturesque resort comprises of 3 areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade.
