The villa comprises of 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 twin rooms on the ground floor with separate bathroom suite, 1 double bedroom on the lower ground floor within a self contained apartment which also features shower room and a second kitchen diner, plus a small room from the lounge with single bed suitable for a child. On the first floor there is another double bedroom with ensuite facilities and sliding patio doors leading to the balcony which boasts sea and mountain views. The large lounge/dining room has a Toscan fireplace (this is a wood burning fire which can be used in the winter months). Cable TV is provided with English, German, Dutch, Spanish and French speaking channels and a DVD player with film library for your enjoyment. The well equipped kitchen and utility room has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven , hob , microwave.....

Outside the apartment is a terraced area overlooking the rear garden. Leading from the villa lounge is a spacious naya and terraced area in and out of the shade, overlooking the private 8m x 4m swimming pool. There is also a gas BBQ and area for outdoor dining 'al fresco' style. The Balcon al Mar has some exceptional vantage points and some wonderful scenic walks to take advantage of.

The picturesque resort comprises of 3 areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade. For the most impressive viewpoint capture the panoramic views of Javea from the lighthouse at the Cabo de Nao - simply breathtaking.
