"Villa Halcon" is an imposing and spacious 4 bedroom detached villa with private pool, sleeping 7 people in a peaceful residential area some 10 minutes walk from the picturesque and cosmopolitan town of Moraira. This sylish holiday home is luxuriously appointed throughout and enjoys superb country views across the vineyards.

Property description

The accomodation comprises of 4 good sized bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with ensuite shower room, 2 further double bedrooms and a single bedroom with separate large family bathroom suite and corner bath. The main areas are open plan with luxury kitchen including oven , hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge and dining area are spacious and feature an open fireplace leading to doors with an outside covered naya. There is some english TV, DVD and CD players. The property has part hot and cold air conditioning with oil central heating.


To the outside of the villa is a large covered naya area with table and chairs, ideal for dining 'al fresco' style, sun loungers and a BBQ. The lovely swimming pool is 8 metres x 4 metres with roman steps and is set within sun terraces and large 900m2 grounds with mature gardens and plantlife.


The resort centre is less than 2km from the villa with its beautiful marina, beach, shops and fabulous bars and restaurants. With its authentic Spanish feel and fabulous year round weather, if you're looking to sample an unspoilt Spanish holiday resort Moraira is for you.
