The main areas are open plan with luxury kitchen including oven , hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge and dining area are spacious and feature an open fireplace leading to doors with an outside covered naya. There is some english TV, DVD and CD players. The property has part hot and cold air conditioning with oil central heating.

To the outside of the villa is a large covered naya area with table and chairs, ideal for dining 'al fresco' style, sun loungers and a BBQ. The lovely swimming pool is 8 metres x 4 metres with roman steps and is set within sun terraces and large 900m2 grounds with mature gardens and plantlife.
