To the outside, the villa has ample terrace furniture with sun loungers plus BBQ area for 'al fresco' dining. Access to the roof terrace provides a panoramic view of the surrounding areas.
There are 8 long, sandy beaches at Guardamar with the coveted Blue Flag awards for their cleanliness, safety and excellent facilities less than 10 minutes away. The towns of Guardamar, Rojales and Torrevieja are within a short car journey and host a number of weekly events including twice weekly spanish markets in Campo de Guardamar. Guardamar has historically played the role of guardian of the River Segura has around 12 km of beaches, pines, very old trees, a Mediterranean park with fountains and splendid lakes. There are a variety of shops, bars and restaurants here suitable for all. Keen golf enthusiasts must take advantage of the number of Championship golf courses nearby including Royal Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin.
