Set in a residential area of Calpe "Novesia" is another very impressive five bedroom detached property set in it´s own beautiful gardens. The main town of Calpe is within a short drive from the villa, where you will find sandy beaches and an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and pavement cafes.
Villa Novesia has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10/12 adults in comfort. The accommodation splits naturally into two discrete areas with 2 bedrooms, living/dining area, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, main living/dining area and kitchen on the first floor.
The outside area is excellent with a large pool and plenty of seating areas. There are also great views of the "Penyon of Ifach" and a splendid terrace that overlooks the pool
The property is situated within about a 15 minutes walk of a supermarket, bars and restaurants but a car is not altogether necessary as it is a 18 minute walk exactly into either the town centre or to the main beaches.
The accommodation comprises of two levels which are linked by an external staircase. Outside the villa is a large swimming pool that is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace complete with patio furnitures, sun loungers, parasol. There is also a separate BBQ area by the pool.
The ground level offers a lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen with, full oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron and board. There is also a washing machine inside the garage. There is a double bedroom a twin-bedded room and a large bathroom with bath.
The first level comprises of three twin-bedded rooms, two bathrooms one of them with shower. a kitchen similar as the ground floor, a dining area. This lounge leads onto a balcony that is equipped with a table and chairs overlooking the pool, the garden, the sea and the Peñon de Ifach.
A breakages deposit of 350 euros is payable to the owner upon arrival. This is returned at departure subject to a brief inspection.
