There is an excellent 8 metre x 4 metre swimming pool a BBQ, ample poolside furniture and excellent sea views.

Inside, the villa is a large 170 sq metres with air cooling fans which are more than adequate for the summer months and very effective along with breeze. There is a good size main living room, with Satellite TV inc/ English, German and Spanish channels, DVD and a CD music system. There is a separate dining room and in typical Spanish style, there are 2 kitchens on each floor, one brand new. There are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 shower rooms plus a cot & high chair and internal stairs.
