Villa Sorpresa (Surprise in Spanish) is a quality villa for four in a peaceful location.
The villa is situated in a quiet "close" at the foot of the mountain above the picturesque bay of El Portet and is not overlooked by adjacent properties. It affords pleasant views across the valley to the west and the sea to the south. Car parking is private and secure.
The accommodation comprises:
Bedroom one with double bed,built in wardrobe and dressing table, fan

Bathroom with bath, shower,toilet and handbasin.
Internal floors made of marble.
Kitchen well equipped with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave plus work-tops are made of marble.

The Private Pool is 33 feet long and 13 feet wide. The shallow end is 3 feet
deep with tiled steps. The other end is 8 feet deep.
There is a variety of books and a small library of video tapes (recent releases can be rented in the village.) A radio is tuned to the local English station.The books and pictures in the lounge reflect the owner`s interest in sailing and the various items of headgear his interest in travel.
Moraira is a beautiful village which has been awarded the prestigious EC Green Flag for its outstanding public hygiene programme. It is situated on the Costa Blanca cape that points towards Ibiza. Benidorm and the new theme park Terra Mitica are 20 miles to the south and Denia is 15 miles to the north. The lovely sandy beach of El Portet - it boasts the EC blue flag for cleanliness - is less than a mile down the valley. The village, marina with yachts of all sizes and a larger beach are about 1.5 miles from the villa.
There are many good restaurants in and around the village to suit all tastes and pockets. Barclays Bank has a branch here and there are several good supermarkets. Javea Golf Club is about 3 miles away (be sure to bring your club certificate), Benitachell Bowls Club about 2 miles and a Karting circuit about 1.5 miles away. Jet-skis and Boats can be hired near where the local fishing boats land their catch and there is a Sub-Aqua Club 5 miles away towards Calpe. Except in the high summer months several Walking Clubs are active and welcome visitors to some spectacular scenery. Other active groups include The Masons, Buffs, Lions and Rotary Clubs.
