It is situated within the Cometa district of Calpe and is only a 15 minute walk from either the main beach or into central Calpe. This fine large villa is situated on a 700 sq metre plot, sleeps up to 12 people and is located within the Cometa district of Calpe. The property is in an excellent location as it is only a 15 minute walk to either the main beach or to the shops, bars and restaurants of central Calpe.

The "Casa" offers very spacious and flexible accommodation. The property splits naturally into two discrete areas making it a good choice for either two families or an extended family sharing the villa. Level one consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious lounge inc/ satellite TV, DVD and CD music system a fully fitted kitchen and full bath/shower room. Level two has 3 bedrooms plus a second lounge, again including Sky (Freeview) TV, DVD & CD music system and another fully fitted kitchen and bath/shower room.


The villa has been tastefully decorated by its current owners who have also recently replaced all of the kitchens and bathrooms within the property.


To the outside there is a lovely pool area with spacious area's of sun terraces, a tiled gas BBQ kitchen and outdoor eating area plus plenty of pool and patio furniture. The pool itself is 8 metre x 4 metre and benefits from excellent sea views. There is a covered terrace and naya for shaded seating. There are secure electric gates on entering the property.

Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops and eateries plus internet cafes on the main high street 'Gabrio Miro' makes Calpe and the neighbouring areas of Moraira and Altea a wonderful location to stay.
