"Casa Cadiz" is an attractive and comfortably furnished 3 bedroom detached villa with fabulous 8m x 4m pool, wifi and full air conditioning, set in beautiful grounds with sea views in the cosmopolitan resort of Moraira. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance of bars, shops and restaurants and within easy reach of the town and it's fine sandy beaches.

The accomodation has recently been modernised and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms sleeping up to 6 people and 1 baby overall, there is also a bathroom suite with bath and overhead shower. The lounge/diner area is comfortable, provides dining for six, TV with satellite,(free to view channels only, (some of the free to view channels are, bbc1, itv1, itv2, e4, more4, citv, pop, tiny pop, pop girl, 501 etc) and a DVD player with a selection of films. Free WI-FI is available for you to use during your stay. There is Air conditioning & central heating in the property for the colder winter months.


To the outside the villa is fully enclosed, is not overlooked and has a beautiful well kept garden. There is ample garden furniture, a stone BBQ for 'al fresco' dining, plenty of sun loungers to capture the suns rays all day and a balcony overlooking the inviting 8m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps and views towards the sea.


The small and picturesque coastal town of Moraira has much unspoilt scenery, a warm subtropical climate and many sandy 'blue flag' status beaches. It has an impressive marina, charming square, architectural landscapes including Moraira castle, weekly open markets and a an excellent selection of eateries.
