The accomodation sleeps 8/9 and includes 3 main bedrooms, one double with ensuite walk in shower room plus double sinks, a further double bedroom with single bed and additional underbed and a final double bedroom in between 3 piece bathroom suite with both bath and private shower. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge if needed. All rooms lead to the open plan main living area which boasts lounge with Freeview Satellite Widescreen TV, DVD, Video and stereo sound system plus wifi access. The dining area, breakfast bar and modern kitchen with Whirpool dishwasher and Bosch oven provide a high quality finish. There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout making this an excellent family choice holiday.
Outside, the villa boasts a beautiful 12m x 6m length swimming pool on the raised area with roman steps, underwater lighting, outside shower and spectacular sea and Penon de Ifach views over Calpe. There is a gas BBQ for 'al fresco' dining along with outdoor kitchen, summer gazebo and terrace patio furniture. Whether it's sunbathing by the pool or staying cool in the shade a number of sun awnings are provided also.
Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops, eateries and main high street 'Gabriel Miro' makes Calpe a wonderful holiday experience and destination.
