"Los Pinos" is a lovely and unique 2 bedroom Calpe property occupying the ground floor of a large villa in the desirable Los Pinos district of the town's coastal resort.The villa has access to the owners pool and wifi plus is only a 10-15 minute walk to Calpe's famous sandy Levante beach, shops, bars and restaurants and would suit small families with older children and couples.

"Los Pinos" is a beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor property within a much larger property standing on a 860 sq metre plot. The property is well maintained and furnished to a high standard by its current owner.


Briefly, the accommodation is set out as follows on the ground floor with 2 spacious double bedrooms sleeping 4 people. The American style kitchen has been newly fitted and well equipped including gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also table and chairs for 4 people. There is a washing machine within the utility room. The main living room is nicely decorated with Manhattan Leather Suite with TV and Astra satellite channels plus Wifi. This room leads off to a circular room for extra entertaining space which includes additional table and chairs.


To the outside the swimming pool is 8m x 4m with sunbathing loungers located on the upper level accessed by steps. Terrace furniture within a lovely courtyard provides a shady area if the heat gets too much and is surrounded by an established and landscaped garden.

Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops, eateries and main high street 'Gabriel Miro' makes Calpe a wonderful holiday experience and destination.
