Our very first rental apartment in Calpe! Jasmine is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment sleeping up to 6 people in a very central location just 200 metres from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It is beautifully furnished with Sky TV and magnificent south facing balcony overlooking the Arenal beach.

Property description

"Jasmine" is not your typical Calpe rental apartment. Inside, the apartment has recently been re-appointed to a luxurious standard and now provides all "creature comforts" including Sky satellite TV. This apartment is ideal for anybody seeking either a short break or a long stay.

Situated inside the Tucan building on the 6th floor, the 42 apartments & penthouses are serviced by 2 lifts and there is a concierge operating 6/7 days per week. The building has its own swimming pool and secure parking. Entrance to both the grounds and to the apartment block itself is by a keypad entry system. The apartment is superbly located, being less than 200 metres from Calpe's main Arenal beach and even closer to shops, bars and restaurants. The main high street shops on the Gabriel Miro are only a short stroll away, as is Calpe's famous "old town".


Briefly, the accommodation is as follows:

There is a spacious main living room incorporating a separate dining area for 4 people, seatiing for 5 people, Sky satellite TV a CD music system with radio and doors leading to a very large south facing sunny balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin plus 2 good sized bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and the utility room contains washing facilities.


Outside, the very large terrace has one sunbed, 2 reclining chairs and dining for 4 people. There is a large communal pool immediately below the apartment.
