The property is located just 5 minute drive to the market town of Ondara with its new Shopping Mall which houses Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling along with numerous restaurants and an Eroski Hypermarket. We are 10 minutes from Denia. It is 500 meter walk to the nearest Restaurant and a 2 minute drive (10 minute walk) down to the village and its amenities. The nearest Beach is 10 minute drive away at Els Poblets and Las Marinas, with numerous Beach Bars, Chiringuitos and Beach side restaurants. Sanet and Negrals is a picturesque village with a blue domed church, 2 little Spanish grocery stores, butcher, 2 bakeries, a bank, tobacconist and chemist. There are also 3 restaurant, one English, one Spanish, one German and 3 Spanish Bars. Neighbouring villages also provide an excellent choice of restaurants and bars.
The apartment looks over and opens onto the Pool Terrace and guests have the exclusive use of the Pool and Terrace during their stay. The main living area offers spacious comfortable open plan sitting and dining with TV. (Spanish only) but there is a DVD player and Radio. There is an archway through to the large bedroom, with Kingsize bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. The open plan kitchen has fridge, 2 ring ceramic hob and a microwave grill oven and there is a shower room with shower cubicle. There is use of a washing machine in the garage by arrangement.
The outside of the property there are sun loungers and ample terrace furniture. There is a large pool terrace. A Tiki Hut for Alfresco Dining, a large built in Charcoal BBQ plus a gas BBQ and Paella ring if required. There is an additional H/C Shower on the terrace.
Finally, there is a beach umbrella, cold box and beach mats at the guests disposal for their days out. Please bring your own beach/pool towels!!
