"Campoamor apartment" is a modern 1st floor apartment that is perfect for a family holiday. The property is located within a quiet residential area and yet it is within easy reach of all amenities. The apartment is well furnished throughout, has sea views, Sky satellite TV and ample sun loungers & terrace furniture. To the outside the apartment overlooks pretty communal gardens and both the main pool and childrens pool.
There are numerous blue flag beaches on the Orihuela coast. The nearest is Campoamor which is a 20 mins walk or a 5 mins drive. The popular white sandy beach La Zenia is a 5 min drive. The Marina is about a 20/25 min walk.
For Golf enthusiasts there are 3 fine courses nearby. Villamartin, which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap and within 10 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeterias/restaurants,
Murcia airport is a 20 min drive and Alicante is 40 mins. A hire car is not essential if you like to walk but is recommended.
Torrevieja with its water parks, restaurants, bars, shops, discos etc is only a 10 mins drive away.
The apartment is also close to several commercial centres with shops, bars, restaurants etc. The area has facilities for sailing, water sports and horse riding.
All in all, an excellent choice of property for a family holiday........
