The "House By The Pool" is a spacious, air conditioned, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, sleeping up to 8 people, in Playa Flamenca on the sunny Orihuela Costa on the southern Costa Blanca. With views overlooking the pool from the terraces, balcony and large solarium you can enjoy the 'al fresco' dining or a BBQ. Location means you are not dependant on a car as all facilities are within walking distance.
Property description
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sleeps up to 8 people, is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. There is air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom, elsewhere other rooms have ceiling fans and free standing fans plus heaters. Sheets and house towels are provided. The communal pool is clearly visable from all outdoor areas. There is a Sat TV, a good supply of DVD's, videos, CD's, books and games. Also tourist information leaflets.
The two folding beds can either be used in the lounge or in the bedrooms of your choice.
The Orihuela Costa is 16 kilometres of coast shared between six beaches: Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. Every year the beaches have been granted the Blue Flag by the European Union for their excellent state of services, hygiene and conservation.
The fully equipped kitchen has electric hob, oven, grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee maker and all cooking utensils and cutlery and crockery needed. (The washing machine is located in the upstairs airing cuboard). The large air conditioned lounge/diner has an extending pine table and chairs for 6 and a large pine dresser storing books, DVD's, videos, games and tourist information. There are two sofas, a rug, coffee tables, Sat TV, music centre, DVD and video players and a selection of CD's. (The two folding beds can be used in the lounge or in the bedrooms).
On this floor there is also a twin bedroom with built in wardrobe and bedside tables. The downstairs shower room has a toilet, wash basin and shower.
Marble stairs take you to the first floor where there is the main bathroom with toilet, bidet, vanity wash basin and bath with shower over. The air conditioned master bedroom has a King size bed, large dressing table, bedside tables, built in wardrobe and private furnished balcony. There is a second, large twin room with chest of drawers, bedside tables and built in wardrobe. The two upstairs rooms can accomodate an additional bed or cot. Internal stairs lead to the large furnished solarium with sea views.
The terrace is furnished with table, chairs, sun umbrella, coffee table and BBQ and has a lockable gate. The master bedroom balcony has a table and chairs for two. The large solarium has table, chairs, sun umbrella, sun loungers and BBQ. The terrace overlooks one of 2 pools and gardens. The house has full double glazing and has grills on all doors and windows. There is also external lighting. Parking is on the private driveway next to the house.
