Located in the heart of Calpe, "La Merced" is a 10 minute walk to both the town centre of Calpe and the main beaches. The property is ideal for two families as the accommodation is very flexible and divides very easily into 2 seperate properties.


Property description
This splendid Calpe villa is located within a quiet residential area of Calpe and yet is within easy reach of the main beaches and town centre. This is a very impressive five bedroom detached property and is set within it´s own beautiful gardens. The main town of Calpe is a short walk from the villa, where you will find sandy beaches and an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and pavement cafes.
The accommodation comprises of two levels which are linked by an external staircase. Outside the villa is a large swimming pool that is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace complete with patio furnitures, sun loungers, parasol and a BBQ area with a toilet with shower.
The ground level offers a lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, full oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron and board
There are two twin-bedded rooms and a large bathroom with bath and shower on the ground floor.
The first level comprises of three twin-bedded rooms, two bathrooms one of them with shower. a kitchen similar as the ground floor, a dining area which features satellite tv. This lounge leads onto a balcony that is equipped with a table and chairs overlooking the pool, the garden, the sea and the Peñon. There is also a seperate kitchen that includes a dishwasher.
The villa is set within floodlit gardens of over 1,000 sq metres. The property itself has over 160 sq metres of living area and there is a 10 metre by 5 metre swimming pool.
A breakages deposit of 350 euros is payable to the owner upon arrival. This is returned at departure subject to a brief inspection.
