"Casa Kristina" is a luxury privately owned villa exquisitely furnished to a very high standard. The elevated position on a quiet cul-de-sac provides magnificent scenery of the mountains and the sea. The accomodation comprises on one level and consists of 1 master bedroom with ensuite shower and 1 twin bedroom with separate shower room. There is also a sofa bed allowing the villa to sleep upto 6 people in total. Each bedroom has individually controlled air conditioning/heating units. The spacious open plan dining lounge and kitchen area is well presented and benefits from SKY TV with UK channels and leads through french doors onto the outdoor terrace.


To the outside there is a 8m x 4m kidney shaped private swimming pool with breathtaking scenery to enjoy at all times of the day. A BBQ outdoor kitchen is the perfect way to dine 'al fresco'style' in or out of the sun along with relaxing on the sun loungers.


The town of Monte Pego is a 5 minute journey away and is considered to be one of the most beautiful, rural and exclusive residential communities in the northern Costa Blanca. Renowned for it's superb round climate, wonderful and brilliant clear night sky, spectacular mountain scenery forming a backdrop to the coastal plan.


Denia is a delightful cosmopolitan town some 10 minutes away by car, rich in history and culture. The town's focal point is the 16th Century castle, which dominates the town from a height of 58 metres. The main street for shopping in Denia is Calle Marques de Campo. This is a wonderful Parisian tree lined avenue with shops,cafe/bars and restaurants where you can sit and relax enjoying the culture and atmosphere of the town. There are exquisite boutiques and gift shops and the restaurants offer some of the best regional and international cuisine. Denia's warm climate makes it an all year round location.
