Valle Verde is a two bedroom villa set in a peaceful location overlooking the vineyards and mountains. The large pool and sun terrace make this the ideal location for summer holiday rentals, and with central heating a long winter break is just the thing to escape the northern winters. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed with en-suite bathroom and a further twin bedded room with en-suite shower room. There is a well fitted and well equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher. The spacious main living room has comfortable sofas and the feel of a cosy farmhouse style lounge which in turn opens onto the conservatory where you can dine or relax taking in the superb view. The lounge also has English Satellite TV and a DVD player for your entertainment.

To the outside of the property, guests will find themselves within spacious private grounds with superb mountain views. There is a large private pool with extensive sun terraces to help develop that all important tan!!

The villa is situated just outside the village of Benitachell, which is mid way between the seaside towns of Javea and Moraira. Both these resorts have magnificent sandy beaches with water sports facilities, shops, restaurants of all nationalities, bars and discos and are only a 10 minute drive from the villa. The village of Benitachell also has a few bars and restaurants and two supermarkets. The rocky cove 'Moraig' is also in Benitachell and has a pebble beach with towering cliffs and crystal blue water. This beach has two bar restaurants and a section for naturists. A half hour drive inland takes you to breathtaking mountain scenery, water falls and quaint Spanish villages. Our own restaurant / bar called The Country Life Restaurant is a short walk from the villa where we are always on hand to help sort out any problems you may have.
