This brand new 3 bedroomed, second floor apartment is located in the stunning 5 star resort of Altea Hills, close to the 5 star Melia Hotel. The property has air conditioning for the summer months and heating in the winter months, a large lounge with SKY Satellite TV and DVD player. The bedrooms are made up as one double and 2 twin beds plus a double sofa bed allowing for 8 people in total. Two of the main bedrooms have a full width sliding glass door to the very large balcony with breathtaking views of the sea and Sierra Bernia mountains to the side. The interior has been furnished to a luxurious but homely standard to make your holiday extra special. A car is essential if you wish to discover the beaches and local region, but there is plenty to do within walking distance in the resort area. There is a private parking space in a secure garage with lifts to the apartment. Access to the superb communal pool is via the ground floor.


The apartment is located in the beautfiul and quiet Altea Hills 5 star resort, which incorporates the Melia Altea Hills 5 star hotel. All of the hotel facilities are available for use (a small charge applies for some) and include tennis courts, paddel courts, a squash court, gym, health spa, indoor heated pool, 3 outdoor pools, piano bar and a very good restaurant.


Altea is a coastal town with the Sierra Bernia mountains set as a picturesque backdrop. It has a good all year round climate, with Altea Hills having its own microclimate - said to be one of the healthiest places in Spain. The bustling town of Calpe is 10 minutes drive away with Javea and Denia 30 minutes to the north and Benidorm, with its beautiful clean beaches and family theme parks 20 minutes to the south. Altea itself is favoured by artists who travel there to paint its spectacular views - many residing in Altea with numerous galleries and shops showing and selling their work. Altea Plaza de Iglesia is home to the breathtaking church and the square comes alive at night with great restaurants and arts and crafts stalls opening until late.
