This modern apartment has recently been updated by it's new owner and comprises of 1 double bedroom with ensuite and 2 twin bedrooms with separate bathroom/shower room. An open plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven and brand new washing machine and dining for 6 people. The lounge is comfortable with TV (spanish only) plus air conditioning and a heater in this room only. The outdoor balcony accessed through the lounge is ideal when you want to dine 'alfresco'. Outside the apartment shares the use of a Olympic size communal pool were you can sunbathe and relax in comfort(only 25 metres away) but it's main benefit is it's close proximity to shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket, town and beach. The complex of apartments is key controlled for privacy and security.
This area of the southern Costa Blanca (the Orihuela Costa) enjoys a fantastic warm mediterranean climate renowned for it's sunshine and features many lovely beaches, coves and clean spring water. There is over 16km of stunning coastline and you are only a few minutes away from the beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima or Mil Palmeras – all of which have been awarded the European Blue Flag for excellence.
Playa Flamenca is a quiet residential area, non-commercialised, yet near to all the required holiday facilities, ie, 3 championship golf courses of prestige, tennis, water sports, aqua parks of Aqualandia and Mundomar plus Terra Mitica and Go-Karting. Playa Flamenca is ten minutes walk from a large shopping complex, 7 restaurants and 5 bars. Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away and is a beautiful Spanish town, boasting a marina, waterfront market, street entertainment, shops, numerous cafes, bistros, restaurants, bars, and a beautiful church square. The superb palm-lined promenade and harbour board-walk are the ideal place to go for that evening stroll.
The airports of El Altet (Alicante) and San Javiar (Murcia) are 45 & 20 km respectively.
