Property description

This elegant and well appointed villa is on the exclusive 'Residencial Bel Air' in Calpe within 800 metres walk of the tennis club that has a bar and restaurant and 1500 metre walk of the town centre. It is far enough away for peace and tranquillity, yet close enough to take full advantage of all the facilities Calpe has to offer. Entrance to the property is through a remote controlled electric gate offering constant security. The complex consists of 15 semi-detached and terraced villas in a U-Shape around a communal swimming pool with Mediterranean garden laid out with grass and palm trees and the villa has views of the sea and Calpe's Peñon d'Ifach. Hot and cold air-conditioning is ducted into every room and the bathrooms and kitchen are finished to the highest quality. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. The entrance to the villa is through a covered porch and security door into the ground floor entrance hall with cloakroom/wc and then to the living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen and walk in storage cupboard with safe. The living area has French doors making the room very light and airy and a log burning fire. Through the double French doors, you go out to the terrace and private garden with gate leading to the communal pool and garden area.


Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, (bath & separate shower) fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with fitted wardrobes, has sole use of the shower room across the landing. The master bedroom has a TV and DVD and the twin bedroom has a DVD player, both rooms have access to the balcony with beautiful panoramic views of Calpe town and the sea. Apart from air-conditioning and heating, the villa is fitted with double glazed windows which have roller blinds upstairs and has wireless internet access.

Calpe's most famous landmark is the majestic Penon Rock. The volcanic Rock measures over 300 metres high and is now a nature reserve and a major tourist attraction. However, for those wishing to get a breathtaking view of the coastline, there is a path which takes you to the peak. Calpe also prides itself on it's many long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops and eateries on the main high street 'Gabriel Miro' The villa is only 25 minutes from the familiy orientated theme park of Terri Mitica and water park at Aqualandia making Calpe an ideal base for an all round wonderful family holiday destination.
