Casa Tropicana is ideally located just a 5 minute walk to the Arenal sandy beach in Javea with numerous other shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets closer. The tennis club is just down the road and the renowned Javea Golf Club just a 5 minute drive away.


This spacious high quality town house has a private garden, garage, central heating and air-conditioning. The terraces and balcony overlook the lovely gardens with waterfalls, fountains and swimming pool. Access is through a remote controlled security gate and the garage is an integral part of the house. The ground floor features a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, cloak room with WC and a lounge dining room with CD music system, television with BBC, ITV, and SKY movie and sports channels and a DVD player. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the private terrace and garden with tables and chairs for eight people to dine 'al fresco'. A gate from the terrace leads to the community gardens and pool area. Stairs lead to the first floor that has a double bedroom with a full bathroom en-suite and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, a shower room and two twin bedded rooms.Stairs lead up to the 4th bedroom that has an en-suite shower room and two terraces.
