"Casa Gee" is situated in a quiet location within the popular Moravit area of Moraira and yet the villa is only a 15 minutes walk to the town centre of Moraira with its plethora of shops, bars, restaurants and sandy beach. This traditional style villa has been newly refurbished and offers very spacious accommodation The present owners of the villa have furnished it to a very high standard. The accommodation is on two levels, with private parking for at least two cars at the entrance. The main entrance leads onto the spacious lounge and dining area. Leading off this area, on one side is the open plan kitchen and breakfast area, leading on to a shower room and double bedded room. At the other end of the lounge are a further two bedrooms; both with twin beds, and a shared bathroom.

The villa comes equipped with English satellite TV, a DVD player, hob & electric oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, etc, etc. The villa is within a short walk of a selection of shops, restaurants and bars, with the resort town of Javea just 20 minutes away. Ifach golf course is a 10 minute drive away.
