The villa is fully furnished to a very high standard sleeping 9 people in comfort and comprises; 2 double bedrooms (1 ensuite), a further twin bedroom with underbed and a full bathroom suite, well equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher with lounge/dining room upstairs with stunning views towards Calpe Rock and the pool. Downstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms - a double and a single - a second full bathroom plus second kitchen. There is also a second lounge/dining room with Sky Satellite TV (card needed), CD and DVD player. The property has air conditioning and central heating as well as a drinking water tap.


To the outside there is a lovely pool area with spacious area's of sun terraces, a BBQ and plenty of pool and patio furniture in and out of the shade for 'al fresco' dining. The swimming pool itself is 10 metre x 5 metres and has a slide. The villa is a walk or drive to the Arenal/Levante beaches and Calpe town centre with its excellent restaurants, bars and shops. A supermarket is a few minutes walk away.


Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops and eateries on the main high street 'Gabriel Miro' makes Calpe a wonderful location to stay.
