Villa Coyne is a luxurious 3 bedroom detatched Villa that comfortably sleeps 6 adults. It is set in a quiet location with a large swimming pool and yet it is less than 2 kilometres to the main Arenal beach.

Property description

Villa Coyne is a beautiful detached 3 bedroom villa that is set in a small peaceful residential area but with easy access to both the town centre and the main Arenal beach of Javea. The Villa is both very comfortable and luxurious. The main living area comes complete with English satellite TV, video, DVD and stereo music system. There are three bedrooms and importantly two bathrooms together with a fully fitted kitchen and a separate dining room. Other "home comforts" include a log burner for the winter, a solarium and both air cooling and air conditioning systems.


Outside there is a lovely courtyard, 2 separate sun drenched terraces and a fabulous 8 metre x 4 metre pool. There is also a great outdoor BBQ area, a hot & cold shower and splendid views of the surrounding area.


The villa is in a quiet area but is only a 2 minute walk to the nearest restaurants. A little further brings you a number of shops and restaurants. Although the beach and centre of town are relatively close by, a car is still highly desirable when staying at Villa Coyne as the road down to the beach is quite busy.
