"Oliva Beach House" is a well presented recently renovated and well furnished 2 bedroom beach house with private walking access to the beautiful sandy beach of 'Playa Aigue Morte' next to the foot of the 'Oliva Nova' Golf Course. This lovely home is conveniently located for shops, bars and restaurants as all are within walking distance making this is an ideal retreat for couples and small families that enjoy beach holidays........

Property description

The interior of the beach house is homely and comprises of 2 good size double bedrooms and separate shower room. There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer plus washing machine and indoor dining and lounge area with TV, DVD, CD and VCR players. Air cooling fans are used throughout the summer months. To the outside there is ample terrace furniture plus sun loungers to relax.


Oliva is a popular resort with long stretching fine golden sandy beaches, good all year round climate and excellent sports facilities including the 'Oliva Nova' golf course which dominates the coastline. Oliva is a bustling little town situated on the northern edge of the Costa Blanca between Gandia and Denia and is at the heart of Spain's orange growing region. If you wish to sample the taste of 'Real Spain' then see Oliva in all it's splendour.


The area offers a wide variety of things to do and places to visit. Explore the back streets of the old town, with its tiny winding streets, with bars, and the church. The history is phenomenal, and you can explore the Roman and Morrish past and wander through the museums, churches and monuments which abound in the old Christian and Arab quarters. The archaeological museum, a 16th century former manorial home of historic and architectural interest in itself, houses exhibits from prehistory to the 16th century charting the region's domination by the Iberians, Romans and Moors.
