Property description
Cumbre del Sol is located between the popular holiday towns of Moraira and Javea. It nestles on the mountainside above the town of Benitachell and has stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The area has the best climate in Europe and is ideal for visiting all year round.
This light and airy apartment is delightfully furnished and has a double bedroom, twin bedroom, lounge dining room, kitchen and full bathroom. There is one double sofa bed in the lounge so the apartment can sleep up to 5/6 people. The double bedroom and the lounge have impressive views to the sea and patio doors to the balcony.
The spacious open plan lounge/diner has television with BBC and ITV channels, a DVD player and access onto the large balcony with the most spectacular views across the cliffs to the sea. With a South East facing aspect the balcony receives the sun from sunrise until late afternoon in the summer.
The kitchen is equipped with a frig/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.
The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and bath with shower.
The apartment has dual air-conditioning units in most rooms to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter, there are also free standing oil filled electric radiators.
Nearby are the communal swimming pools and a short drive will take you to the local restaurant, bar, a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacy, and bank with ATM facilities. The nearest beach is within a 5 minute drive.
There are many other attractions in the area including golf courses the Disney Style Terra Mitica Theme Park, waterworld Aqualandia and seaworld Mundomar in Benidorm (which is only 40 minutes away).
