Property description
The accommodation, is located over 3 levels and comprises the following features:- There is a spacious main living area with comfortable sofas, cable TV with English and European channels, Blu Ray DVD player and CD music system. Access to "wi-fi" and cable internet connection is also in the main lounge(Own Laptop needed). There are doors leading to the terrace and a large infinity pool (12mtrs x 6mtrs). There is a well equipped kitchen, utility room, breakfast and dining areas. There are 5 good sized bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, this includes a fabulous master bedroom suite with a king size bed and sun terrace to the upper floor . There are two twin bedded rooms on the middle floor and a further king size bedroom and one twin bedded room on the lower floor, together with a second living room. The two living rooms and 5 bedrooms all enjoy the fabulous sea views. The beds are fully sprung Silentnight divan beds.
To the outside, the villa is set within a large 1300 metre plot with sea views to the island of Ibiza and inland views of the Montgo mountain. The villa has several sun terraces, gardens, a Gas BBQ area and a stunning infinity pool with Roman steps. There is also designated villa parking for up to 3 cars. The Balcon al Mar has some exceptional vantage points and a number of wonderful scenic walks to take advantage of views. The villa is fully air conditioned and there are several bars, restaurants, a supermarket and tennis club within walking distance.
Javea has long been called 'Amenecer de Espana' or 'Dawn of Spain' as it looks eastward over the Mediterranean sea. The picturesque resort comprises 3 areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, the working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade. For the most impressive viewpoint capture the panoramic views of Javea from the lighthouse at the Cabo de Nao - simply breathtaking.

There is a security deposit of £500 required which is returned within 5 working days.
Check in is at 4pm and departure is at 10am
Internet usage £10 per booking if required.
For stays of two or more weeks mid stay cleaning and/or linen changes can be arranged at extra cost.
Electricity is metered and will be deducted from the security deposit if excessively used.
Booking Deposits to secure the villa are required within 3 days. |
