The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 4 single beds with separate bathroom suites. The new well equipped kitchen inlcudes washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout the apartment and satellite tv with some english channels.

To the outside there is patio furniture for 'al fresco' dining enjoyed with wonderful views. The rooftop area is a superb vantage point for 360 degree views and provides an outdoor swimming pool and restful relaxation area ideal for sunbathing or reading that favourite holiday novel. Local restaurants are a few minutes walk away so no need to use the car.


Surrounded by hills and orange groves Pego is just a short 20 minute drive to the coastal towns of Javea and Denia. There is a wealth of things to see and do in the area - weekly market, sandy beach, golf at a choice of courses within 30 minutes, Valencia is also within easy reach. There are many beautiful walking trails in nearby Montgo National Park for the more energetic.The nearest sandy beach is 15km away.


Valencia (Manises) airport is 90 km away(60 mins) and Alicante airport is 110km drive(70 mins).
